A. None. T & A Staffing believes that in order for anyone to be successful, they must first be given an opportunity. Part of our hiring process and incentives to our people is the chance at most client locations that a permanent position may be available. We encourage our customers to hire our people and there is never a fee to hire them like many agencies charge. Some say they don't charge but the small print in the agreement calls for the employee to work a minimum amount of days or their offer is void. At T & A Staffing this is never the case.
