• 1 week vacation after completing 1600 hours of work
• Eligible for bonus and incentive awards
• Personal days awarded as positive points are accumulated. Points can be earned by an employees performance being recognized by a customer or coming in on short notice or staying over scheduled shift and practicing safety awareness.
